3/4 cups butter
1/4 cup molasses
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 cups spent brewing grain
1-1/2 cups Quaker Oats
1 cup chocolate chips

Steps for Completion
Process the spent grain for a couple of pulses until broken up.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat together softened butter, molasses, eggs, and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, spent brewing grain, oats, and chocolate chips.
Add dry ingredients to the butter-sugar bowl and mix together.
Drop small balls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool on sheet for 2 minutes then move to wire rack.
